FAQ
What should I do when I arrive? It’s a good idea to arrive at least 20 minutes before service begins. Due to construction, our north parking lot is smaller than usual and may be crowded. Upon entering the building, please visit our Welcome Center in the central foyer. A greeter will give you a small gift, answer any questions you have, and help you find your way!
What should I wear? We are so glad you’re here! Please wear what makes you feel comfortable. You’ll see a variety of clothing styles at NorthPoint. Some people who are dressed up a bit more and plenty of others dressed more causally, typically in jeans.
What do you have for my kids? We love NorthPoint Kids and we hope your kids will, too! We offer nursery for newborns – 2 year olds at each service every week, including Easter. On Easter Sunday, we will have NorthPoint Kids for preschool – kindergarten only at 9:15 and 10:45 am. Kids 1 st – 5 th grade will find special Easter guides for them at the Worship Center doors. On other Sundays, NorthPoint Kids is offered for preschool – 5 th grade at each service. If it’s your first time with us, a Kids Captain can help you register your child outside the classrooms, or you can register when you stop at the Welcome Center.
How long is your service? Our services typically last 1 – 1 ¼ hours.
